Can you believe we are halfway?!

Today Kylie shares some excellent guidance around exercise, enjoy the video! (She says it’s day 8 in the video, but we decided it is better to start this step now on day 7)

And here are your action steps 🙂

  1. Get moving. If you do not currently exercise, start to do some walking or yoga. If you currently do high-intensity exercise, then it’s time to reduce it to walking and yoga.
  2. Do what’s right for your adrenals, adrenal depletion requires rest. So it is time to take it easy again with some walking, foam rolling, and yoga.
  3. Get the lymphatics moving, do some movement daily to assist the detoxification pathways.
