  • Blender


  • 250 ml raw coconut water
  • 200 g frozen acai pulp
  • 1 scoop of pea, hemp or whey protein
  • 1 tbsp of LSA
  • ½ tbsp of chia seeds
  • A handful of mixed berries
  • 1 tsp of super greens powder/beet greens powder


  • Mix it all in a blender, perfect for taking to work in a large drink bottle.
