A perfect, holiday themed punch that is perfect for those on the AIP diet. Garnish with orange slices, fresh cranberries and a cinnamon stick for a gorgeous presentation!

  • 1 Litre Pomegranate juice chilled
  • 1 Litre Cranberry Kombucha chilled
  • 1 cup Fresh-squeezed orange juice
  • 2 Pears
  • 1 tbsp ACV
  • 350 Grams Fresh cranberries
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • ½ Navel orange Julienne Zest
  • tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ Litres Sparkling mineral water chilled


  • In a large punch bowl, stir together the pomegranate juice, kombucha, orange juice, and apple cider vinegar.
  • .Add the cranberries, pears, lemon, orange zest and cinnamon and stir to combine.
  • Stir in sparkling mineral water and serve cold. If making ahead, cover the punch and keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours and only add the sparkling mineral water right before serving.


  • Adjust sweetness by adding a touch of honey or agave syrup if desired.
  • Garnish with additional citrus slices or mint leaves for a decorative touch.
  • Consider freezing some cranberries or fruit slices to use as ice cubes for an added visual appeal.
