  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana


  • Mash the banana well in a bowl. Add 2 eggs and mix well until smooth.
  • Put a bit of oil(coconut oil works well) in a 6+inch fry pan. Wait for the pan to be hot enough and pour the batter and cover base. As if you were making pancakes, cook 1 and a half minutes each side. Sprinkle with cinnamon or berry compote.
