  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup vanilla infused
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat oven to 190 °C. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, raspberries, salt and baking soda. Mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs together with the agave syrup.
  • Slowly pour in the egg mixture to the bowl containing the dry ingredients. Stir constantly until a dough is formed.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Place the dough onto a well greased baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until slightly golden.
