What is Body Attack?

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class that combines athletic movements (sports conditioning) like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

How to get started?

For someone just starting out with exercise it’s a great idea not to push yourself to do a full session straight away. You can start by doing 4 tracks, and then add an extra track every week until you build up to a full class. The instructor also provides low-impact options to enable you to adjust your workout to your fitness level.
