What is Body Balance?
BODYBALANCE blends elements of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to strengthen your entire body with movements and motion set to music. Breathing control is a part of all of the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
How to get started?
For someone just starting out with exercise it’s a great idea not to push yourself to do a full session straight away. You can start by doing 4 tracks, and then add an extra track every week until you build up to a full class.
