What is Body Combat?
BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts inspired workout. It’s totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. The instructor will take you through skills development before adding in different move combinations.
How to get started?
For someone just starting out with exercise it’s a great idea not to push yourself to do a full session straight away. You can start by doing 4 tracks, and then add an extra track every week until you build up to a full class.
