What is Body Pump?

BODYPUMP is a weights class for absolutely everyone. This form of weight training will make you toned, lean and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP tones and shapes your body without adding bulky muscles.

How to get started?

For someone just starting out with exercise it’s a great idea not to push yourself to do a full session straight away. You can start by doing 4 tracks, and then add an extra track every week until you build up to a full class. You can also start with really light weights or even just a bar.
