  • Food Processor


  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets


  • Place all of your cauliflower florets into your food processor and blend down until you get the texture and consistency of rice.
  • Transfer to a microwaveable safe dish and cover, DO NOT ADD WATER.
  • Microwave on high for 5 minutes, remove from microwave, add some salt, pepper, and garlic to taste and serve.
