  • 3 romain lettuce
  • 3 cups Left over cooked chicken
  • 1 avocados peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes spinkle over the top

Eggless Caesar Salad Dressing

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 flat anchovy fillet – optional
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil
  • salt to taste


  • Cut the romaine hearts in half down the middle lengthways. Set the halves on a large platter, or divide between plates, as you like.
    Top with the chopped chicken and avocado wedges.
    Drizzle with the Eggless Caesar Salad Dressing and sprinkle with the nutritional flakes.

Eggless Caesar Salad Dressing

  • Add the peeled garlic cloves, anchovy fillets and lemon juice to a blender.
  • Blitz a few times, enough to roughly chop the garlic and anchovies a little.
  • Add the oil to the blender., slowly pouring in as you blend.
  • Blend everything together until you have a soft, thick & creamy dressing base.
