This homemade coriander pesto is easily made by combining all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  • Food Processor


  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups fresh coriander, lightly packed
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper


  • Place the garlic and coriander in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. With the processor running, slowly add the oils, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Process until smooth.
