Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups assorted organic nuts
  • Water to cover
  • 2 tsp kelp salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the nuts, water and salt in a bowl and leave to soak overnight. If you are using cashews or macadamias, you will only need to soak them for about 4-6 hours.
  • Rinse off the nuts, toss in a bowl with 2 tsp of kelp salt and spread out onto a baking tray and pop into the oven on the lowest possible temperature for 12-24 hours. Or leave them out in the sun (old school style) or use a dehydrator if you have one.

Notes

Try some other ideas for a little variety
  • Chilli powder and lime juice
  • Coconut aminos
  • Sea salt and kelp flakes
