  • pawpaw
  • apple
  • blueberries
  • strawberries
  • grapes
  • pears
  • pineapple
  • rock melon
  • mango
  • kiwifruit
  • melon
  • mandarin
  • kiwi fruit

ADD to your fruit salad

  • 1 tbsp LSA


  • Chop up your chosen fruit or fruits to make a total of 1 cup of fruit salad.
  • Sprinkle LSA over the top to help balance blood sugars of this snack.


LSA is an abbreviation for Linseed, Sunflower, and Almond mix. You can purchase this from any supermarket or health food shop. Once you open, keep it in the fridge. Add 1 tablespoon on to the fruit salad, or grind your own fresh for the most health benefits.
