  • Food Prossesor or blender

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cayenne pepper if you want to spice it up
  • 1 sprig fresh parsley
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and coarsely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor, until vegetables are small but NOT puréed.
