Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground clove
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup manuka or bush honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180 °C. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon cloves and ginger. In a separate bowl, combine coconut oil with honey.
  • Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, being sure to stir constantly. Once all ingredients are thoroughly combined, form the dough into evenly sized discs and place them on a well greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for approximately 8 minutes.
