Ingredients
  

  • 6 Medjool dates
  • ½ cup dried mango
  • ½ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add dates and mango into a food processor. Process on high until crumbly.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend again until a dough starts to form. If that's not happening, add some water (or maple syrup) one tablespoon at a time until a sticky dough forms.
  • With your hands form the mixture into balls.
  • Transfer to a plate, and cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
