  • Optional Food Processor – or use a fork.


  • 2 Medium Avocados
  • 1 Medium Lemon the juice of
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • Freshly cracked black pepper


  • Using a food processor or the back of a fork mix all the ingredients together. Keep in an air tight container in the fridge. To keep it from going brown, just add some lemon juice to the top of it.
    Feel free to add tomato for a bit of crunch or chili for an extra kick. You can have your Guacamole with snow peas, carrots, capsicum or celery sticks
