  • Fry pan or wok


  • 250 grams Firm tofu cut into 1-2cm cubes
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Red chili finely sliced
  • 2 Bunches Bok choy coarsely chopped
  • 1 Carrot diced
  • 1 handful Snowpeas chopped
  • 1 handful Bean shoots
  • 1 Red Capsicum diced
  • 2 tbsp Tamari


  • 1 cup Tamari
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds


  • Marinade the tofu for at least 2 hours or overnight before cooking for best flavour.
  • In a large fry pan or wok, heat some coconut oil, brown off the tofu it should only take a few minutes. Put to aside.
  • Put some more coconut oil in the pan and cook the onion, garlic, ginger, chili and sauté them.
  • Add all the vegetables and stir-fry them for 3 minutes, add the tamari, cook until everything is just starting to wilt, add the tofu back into the stir-fry for a few more minutes. You can always add some peanuts and coriander as a garnish. Vietnamese/Thai mint from your local green grocery tastes amazing too.
