What is Les Mills SH’BAM?

LES MILLS SH’BAM is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. SH’BAM is an ego-free zone – no dance experience required. Your instructor will guide you through simple (yet sassy) dance moves all set to a party playlist.

How to get started?

If you are just getting started with exercise you can start with the first 4 tracks and then add an additional track every week until you build up to a full class.
