We’ve partnered with Les Mills Asia Pacific to bring you access to the latest group fitness workouts, right in your own home. This will enable you to start adding an element of movement into your treatment plan in a way that suits you.
You’ll have access to a wide variety of workouts including BODY ATTACK, BODY BALANCE, BODY COMBAT, BODY PUMP and LES MILLS CORE, GRIT, SH’BAM and STRETCH. This is in addition to the kids program BORN TO MOVE. With all of these exercises you are sure to find an exercise type that you love!
