  • 4 Ripe avocados
  • 1 Lemon/Lime Juice
  • ½ cup Fresh coriander chopped
  • 2 Limes, juiced
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 Small red onions, finely diced
  • 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt to taste


  • Slice the avocados and remove the pits. Scoop out the flesh of the avocados into a large bowl.
  • Chop the cilantro, crush the garlic, and finely dice the red onion.
  • To the bowl with avocado, add the lemon or lime, coriander, lime juice, crushed garlic, and finely diced red onion.
    Stir and mash everything together, ensuring that the avocado remains slightly chunky.
  • Finally, drizzle in extra-virgin olive oil and season with salt to taste.
    Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.


  • Wrap it air tight – keep in fridge up to 4 days
  • Add extra lime juice to the top to keep it from browning.
