Orange Sauce

  • ½ cup Fresh Orange Juice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Orange Zest
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • ½ cup Arrowroot Flour

Chicken & Broccoli Rice

  • 1 kilogram Grass-fed/Organic Skinless Chicken Breast Cut in 1-2cm pieces
  • ¼ tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Arrowroot Flour
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cups Broccoli Head, Chopped Finely (this is your rice)
  • 2 tbsp Spring Onion Sliced


  • In a mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and whisk well. Set aside.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine chicken, & dry ingredients. Mix well until the chicken pieces are coated evenly and set aside.
  • Add olive oil to a medium-heat pan. Sauté the broccoli rice, mixing well until tender (approx. 3-4 mins.) and add to serving bowls.
  • To the same pan, add olive oil over medium heat, add the chicken. Stir well for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is golden & cooked through.
  • Then, pour the orange sauce over the chicken and mix well, reducing the heat to medium-low. The sauce will thicken as it cooks for 1 minute or so, keep stirring until thick and covering the chicken.
  • Serve chicken over broccoli rice and garnish with spring onion.


Leftovers will keep for up to 4 days when stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
