  • 1 cup quinoa rinsed
  • 3 med green apples
  • 3 tblsp slivered nuts use what you have or use almonds
  • 1 tblsp desiccated coconut
  • 4 tblsp whipped coconut cream or coconut yogurt
  • 1 cup berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • pinch of Himalayan salt


  • Boil the quinoa, drain and set to the side.
  • . Put 2 of the apples through a juicer and grate the remaining 2.
  • Add the quinoa and apple mixture together. Add all other ingredients and stir.
  • This is best made a day before eating as it soaks up all the flavours.
