The Base:

  • Cucumber slices
  • Daikon radish slices
  • Pieces of lettuce
  • Endive spears
  • Celery sticks
  • Radish slices
  • Carrot slices
  • Zucchini slices

The Spread:

  • Dips, pestos or salsas

The Finishing Touch:

  • Thinly sliced smoked salmon, prosciutto

Optional: garnish combinations (be creative)

  • Seasoned homemade mayo, spring onion finely sliced, (when put in ice water it will curl) dill twigs, herbs, chopped chives, capers, salmon roe caviar, roasted red peppers, olives, nuts, jalapenos, sprouts, semi dried tomatoes.
