Ingredients
  

  • 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 yellow capsicum , finely chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 stems spring onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh corriander
  • ½ tsp garlic finely diced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in ceramic/glass bowl. Rest in fridge for ½ hour to let flavours infuse.
