  • 500 grams prawn meat cooked and deveined 
  • 2 cucumbers washed and spiralised
  • cup red onion sliced
  • 1 mango cubed
  • ½ cup coriander washed and shredded


  • ¼ cup olive oil  extra virgin
  • ¼ cup lime juice fresh squeezed
  • 1 tblsp honey raw, unprocessed
  • 2 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt


  • Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Set aside.
  • Combine salad ingredients into a large bowl.
  • Pour dressing over salad.
    Serve and enjoy!
