Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg raw deveined prawns
  • 1 ½ tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp coriander
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp shredded kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 4 nori sheets

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients except nori sheets. Place nori sheets flat and cover evenly with prawn mix. Leaving a 2 cm strip uncovered. Roll nori towards uncovered strip, dampen strip with a little water and seal nori roll. Rest for 1 hour. Cut into 2 cm lengths and steam in steam tray for five minutes. Serve with ponzu sauce.
