Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 cup Shitake mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 Carrot chopped
  • 2 inch Ginger root peeled and chopped
  • 2 liter Water filtered
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 Lemon juice of
  • 1 tsp Spirumina powder

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onions, garlic, jalapeño andmushrooms together in olive oil until they aresoft.
  • Combine carrots, celery, ginger, and water ina pot, bring to a boil, and then simmer 45minutes.
  • Turn off heat, strain liquid.
  • Combine broth with sautéed mushroommixture, cilantro, spinach, lemon juice, salt, and spirulina
  • Allow the carryover heat of your broth tocook the cilantro and spinach.
  • Ladle into bowls or mugs and enjoy the spicyaroma of this fabulous gut-healing broth.
