  • 300 g assorted green and Kalamata olives
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • ¼ tsp chopped chilli
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil


  • Preheat pan medium heat, cook garlic and chilli till brown, add olives. Reduce heat to low and stir until warm. Season with a little pepper and serve.
